How to Withdraw
At bd765, withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. However, there may be a slight delay outside banking hours or during periods of high traffic. If more than 2 hours have passed, please contact us via live chat. It is best not to cancel a request while it is being processed.
Yes. For security reasons, bd765 only approves withdrawals to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account whose registered name matches the name on your bd765 account. Sending funds to a third-party number is not possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect your funds.
To withdraw winnings earned from a welcome bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. You need to wager 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposited amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, the winnings become withdrawable after completing ৳30,000 in wagers. You can track your progress in the bonus section of your account.
The minimum withdrawal amount at bd765 is ৳500 for any method. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted. If your balance is above ৳500, you can easily submit a request via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
When a withdrawal is cancelled, the reason is usually communicated by email or account notification. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a name mismatch. Resolve the issue and reapply, or contact us via live chat for assistance.
How to Deposit
bd765 currently supports five deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The same convenience and security is ensured across all methods. More methods may be added in the future.
Log in to your bd765 account, then go to the Cashier or Deposit section and select Nagad as your method. Enter the desired amount and send payment from the Nagad app or via USSD (*167#) to the number displayed. Save the payment reference or transaction ID — it will be useful for quick verification.
bd765 does not charge any deposit fee of its own. However, mobile banking providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges — in accordance with the terms of the respective method. Check the fee schedule on your mobile banking app to ensure the maximum amount is deposited.
Once a payment is completed, the balance is usually updated within a few minutes. If it has not updated after 15 minutes, please contact us via live chat with your transaction ID or screenshot. Bank transfers may take a little longer — depending on banking hours.
The minimum deposit amount at bd765 is ৳300 across all methods. Depositing as little as ৳300 gives you the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit. To receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, deposit ৳13,334 or more.
Slot Game Questions
Volatility is a measure of how frequently and how large a slot game pays out rewards. High volatility games pay out less often but the wins can be large when they do come. Low volatility games pay out smaller wins more frequently. If you have a smaller budget, choosing a low volatility game is more practical.
Free spins are opportunities to spin the reels within a game at no cost. They are usually triggered when a specific number of scatter symbols land together. Nothing is deducted from your balance for these spins, but any winnings are added as real money. Some games also feature free spin retriggers or multipliers.
Many slot games at bd765 have a demo or free play mode available. In this mode you can explore the game using virtual credits — getting familiar with paylines, features, and bonus rounds. Winnings in demo mode do not convert to real money, but if you like the game you can easily switch to real mode.
A progressive jackpot is a prize pool that grows continuously by taking a small portion of each wager — until one player wins it. The more people play, the faster the pool grows. After the jackpot is won, the pool resets from zero. It is typically triggered randomly or by a special symbol combination.
If your budget is small, choose games with a lower minimum bet and play low volatility slots — your balance will last longer this way. If you have a larger budget, you can take a chance at bigger wins on high volatility games. In either case, setting a fixed limit before playing and not exceeding it is part of responsible gaming.
Verification & Documents
The verification process is primarily for the security of your account. It confirms that you are the account owner and that no one else can access your funds. It also plays an effective role in preventing money laundering and fraud, which keeps the overall platform safe.
Verification may be requested when making a large withdrawal for the first time or if unusual activity is noticed on an account. In some cases it is also possible to voluntarily submit documents within a set period after registration, which helps speed up withdrawals later.
bd765 stores your personal documents on secure servers using SSL encryption. This information is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the verification process. You can find full details in our privacy policy.
If verification is rejected, an email is usually sent explaining the reason. Common issues include blurry images, expired documents, or a name mismatch. Resolve the issue and resubmit the correct documents. For further assistance, contact us at [email protected] or use live chat.
